We've evolved from a small single-family farm to an enterprise supporting several families on more than 7,000 acres.

We have the expertise and software to intensively crunch data and we now offer selected services to others.

Natural solutions to enhance depleted soils. Products include landscaping mulch, compost and other soil amendments.
At Lamb Farms, we are firm believers in Psalms 24:1, which reads, “the earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it”. We believe God has richly blessed our farm over the years with many resources. As stewards of those resources, we feel the need to give back to God; therefore, we have established a 501 (c)3 organization, Agri-Stewards. More information is forthcoming.
Besides being a valuable Lamb Farms employee, Brian Smith leads our “outreach” efforts. Brian has a strong background in Christian missions and a heart to see lives changed both physically and spiritually. Brian partners with local and international ministries to bring an agricultural component to on-going ministry efforts.
Globally, we are currently involved with projects in Haiti and Kenya. One of our employees, Jay Shultz, spent a year in Haiti as an operations manager of a mission and orphanage. He is also working to develop the agriculture piece of that local mission. Three of our employees have spent time in Kenya and we will sponsor another trip there in June. The niche that we fill in these projects is educating people to be good stewards of the soil they have. Years of slash and burn farming has destroyed thousands of acres of fertile soil. We currently are working on a seminar which will teach minimal tillage practices and mulching to promote good soil structure. Lessons are also being developed in composting and proper crop rotation.
We have been blessed and we in-turn want to be a blessing to others. We are very excited about the opportunities that God seems to be putting in our path.
